If you are unable to register and get a message The Product key entered is not correct, please try re-entering your activation key and verify that all keys entered are correct.
If you are unable to register and get a message VIPRE was unable to activate your copy of VIPRE, make sure that you have the right software installed:
- If your key starts with 411, 405, or 422, make sure you have VIPRE Advanced Security installed, otherwise click this link to install the appropriate software: How to install VIPRE
- If your key starts with 413, make sure you have VIPRE Antivirus Plus installed. Otherwise, uninstall VIPRE and click this link to install the appropriate software: How to install VIPRE
If you have the right software installed and entered the keys correctly and are still unable to register, it's possible that the key is locked due to multiple registrations. This can be verified by contacting VIPRE Support for further assistance.
