After installing VIPRE, the status of the license can be checked via the 'Account' button at the top of the VIPRE program.
The Account page will display your current subscription status as either Valid, Expired, or Trial. If the program is incorrectly displayed as Trial, there are a few things to check.
- Ensure the product key in the Account section matches the one on your purchase documents. If it does not match, click the 'Change' button and enter the correct key.
2. If the product key is correct but is still not shown as 'Valid', VIPRE may be unable to reach our server to verify the status of the license. In this case, ensure you are connected to the internet, then click the 'Refresh' button to re-check the status of your subscription.
3. If your Subscription Status is still incorrect after changing the key and refreshing the page, please call our support team or create a ticket for further assistance. Be sure to have your product key ready.
