Canceling auto-renewing subscriptions
If you find that your VIPRE protection software is not meeting your needs and you would prefer to cancel your auto-renewing subscription, you can click on the Manage your VIPRE subscription link which can be found in your notice of auto-renewal email sent to you 7 days before renewal or your original purchase receipt email (Example shown in the image below).
If you don’t have that email, please check your spam or junk mail or try our easy-to-use Purchase Lookup tool to have it sent again.
Canceling non-renewing subscriptions
No action is required, non-renewing subscriptions will expire at the end of the original subscription term.
Note about refunds
All users have 30 days to request a full refund without question. Any refund requests made outside 30 days from the date of purchase are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
